We contacted Hernandez contractor LLC on (5.26.20 in regards to damaged shingles on our sun room roof. They informed us that they did have an opening the next day at 3:30 PM. We agreed to have they make the repairs to our roof.

Extremely pleased with theIr prompt response to my request for quote. The estimator was very friendly, professional and performed a thorough inspection of my existing roof.

He carefully explained what needed to be done and offered a couple of options.

The crew were punctual, polite, and made sure everything was cleaned after they ended their day every day. We have gotten a lot of compliments on the work that Hernandez did. I have found them to be prompt in the initial meeting to check what needed to be done. Noel was very polite and personable. The quote was fair and explained in detail what the job entailed. Explained time frame and when they expected to be able to do the work. Very pleased so far.

Came to our house and made the proper repairs to our roof after a exhaust pipe blew off during a wind storm. They came just hours after we called and before the rains that afternoon. We have used Hernandez on two other occasions , very good office personnel they keep you informed about your job, and the field crews are fast , clean, and they know what they need to do to please the homeowner. We will be using them to install our new roof next year.
