I have found them to be prompt in the initial meeting to check what needed to be done. Noel was very polite and personable. The quote was fair and explained in detail what the job entailed. Explained time frame and when they expected to be able to do the work. Very pleased so far.

Came to our house and made the proper repairs to our roof after a exhaust pipe blew off during a wind storm. They came just hours after we called and before the rains that afternoon. We have used Hernandez on two other occasions , very good office personnel they keep you informed about your job, and the field crews are fast , clean, and they know what they need to do to please the homeowner. I recently had a roof repair done by Hernandez Contractors at my home in Georgetown, DE. Noel Diaz was the representative that I dealt with. Noel was very expeditious in his response to my call. I must say, he was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. He demonstrated a rapid understanding of my problem. He was able to personally inspect my roof and also with the use of a drone camera he was able to allow me to share a visual of my problem. He provided me with the estimate and was able to arrange and have my repair done the next day. This was especially useful to me since I was out of state at the time. I would definitely recommend Hernandez Contractors in the future from my experience. I would also like to thank Noel Diaz for treating me and my roofing problem like it mattered and for a courteous follow-up. That kind of personal attention is rare today.

We could not have asked for better service from Hernandez Contractor. Noel was the most polite person who came to look at our roof and provide an estimate. For a quality roof replacement the Hernandez team were awesome, they came right out to quote the job and got us scheduled. The communication with the office , the workmanship, and management were excellent !! Everyone was professional and courteous. They took all precautions to keep our landscaping unharmed! Everything was clean and neat, they finished ahead of schedule. If I could give more than five stars I gladly would!! Their quote was very reasonable and affordable. Also an excellent warranty.

It took two full work days do complete and we couldn't ask for better workmanship. The roof is beautiful (better then pictures) and had I not seen them with my own eyes, the outside of the house was so clean you couldn't convince me they were even there!! We had towels and bathing suits hung out back that had to be moved and they out those right back in their original spots!! Highly recommend and yes, the price was right!

After contacting several other companies, Hernandez not only called back right away, they also showed up and did the job in a timely fashion. I used to do roofing many years ago and watching them work I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They did a really great job and cleaned up afterward. I had a small roof leak on my 3 yr old home. I was having trouble getting any company to respond for such a small job. I called Hernandez Contractor LLC and got and appt within days. They were very professional, determined the problem, and then inspected my entire roof for any additional issues. They left to obtain the materials needed and returned within two hours to fix the problem. The work was completed efficiently and at a conservative price. I would highly recommend this company!
